By subscribing to ScoreBot, you agree to the following terms.
ScoreBot is a sports score alert service operated by TJS Consulting LLC. Subscribers receive automated SMS or WhatsApp messages containing game start notifications, live scoring updates, and final score alerts for selected sports leagues including the Cape Cod Baseball League.
Message frequency varies based on game activity. During an active game, subscribers may receive up to 10–15 messages per game including game start, scoring play updates, and a final score alert. On days with no games, no messages will be sent.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages received from ScoreBot. ScoreBot is not responsible for carrier charges.
You may cancel your ScoreBot alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further alerts will be sent. To resume alerts, contact us at hello@getscorebot.app.

ScoreBot offers monthly and seasonal subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused portions of a seasonal subscription.
ScoreBot makes reasonable efforts to deliver alerts in a timely manner but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Alert delivery depends on third-party services including Twilio and the MLB Stats API. We are not responsible for delayed or missed alerts due to factors outside our control.
ScoreBot is provided "as is." TJS Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
